That Bonus Gesture is Pre Order one.
Works with UP0700-CUSA28863_00-ELDENRING0000000 released by mine friend CyB1K.

Instruction
– Install base game or base game + backport.
– Install CUSA28863.Elden.Ring.A.Bonus.Gesture.The.Ring-Arczi.pkg
– Run game and start play. After few second u will notice The Ring x1 notification in right bottom corner.
– Press Option button, navigate in right to bottom corner of menu for “Gesture”, simply press Square and remove one of them.
– In free slot press Triangle and select “The Ring” gesture to use it
