If you want to install and use the jp voice DLC follow these steps:

• 1. Download and install the game…
• 2. Download Sonicman and a tool called IDC (Install Disc Creator)… Download the Voices DLC Fix
• 3. Download the US version of the Japanese Voices DLC
• 4. Use the IDC tool to crate a mountable Cobra ODE iso from the jp voices DLC…
• 5. Put the sonicman iso and the created jp voice DLC iso (from step 4) in your PS3_GAMES folder on your external HDD
• 6. Run the IDC iso in your Cobra/PS3 and install the DLC…
• 7. Put the DLC Fix onto a Fat32 formated USB stick and put it in one of your PS3 USB ports
• 8. Run Sonicman from your Cobra ODE/PS3, Open the File Manager. Select the dev_usb00X and browse to the PKG. Open it and install the DLC Fix…
• 9. It was much work, but you’re ready to play the game… Otsukaresama desu!
