Cheat Terminal?
– Open your Pip-Boy (If you start a new game play the game until you can pick up a Pip-Boy from the floor right before you exit vault 111)
– Use L2 / R2 to select tab “INV”
– Use directional buttons to select “INV” -> “MISC”
– You will see a tape called “(Cheat Terminal Portable)”
– Play this tape (highlight tape and press X)

If you install this update after you have already picked up your Pip-Boy you can craft this item at a workshop under “Power -> Miscellaneous -> Cheat Terminal” and then use the above steps to activate it.
